We are boots on ground when it comes to helping support a mother to recovery.  We provide a judgment-free, safe  environment that offers mothers the opportunity to share their struggles.  Mothers with a Perinatal Mood & Anxiety disorder often feel alone, like others cannot understand, this can send mothers into a deeper depression and magnify the hopelessness they are experiencing.  Peer support added to a mother's treatment plan can give her hope, tools for coping and a support system.
